Adval Capital is a Belgrade based family office founded in 2022.
As second-generation owners, the founders of Adval Capital transformed Patent Co. from a modest family business founded in the 1990s into a global powerhouse. By 2022, Patent Co. was exporting to over 60 countries, generating EUR 8 million in annual EBITDA. A pivotal moment arrived in 2015 when international private equity fund Abris Capital acquired a stake in Patent Co., injecting capital, expertise, and support for new investments that doubled the company’s size within five years. This strategic partnership culminated in the successful sale of Patent Co. in 2022 to a reputable international strategic buyer.
We are an active and systematic investor, committed to a partnership-based, planned, and transparent approach to business management. Beyond financial capital, we provide our portfolio companies hand-on support in strategic growth planning and setting up appropriate teams and processes to monitor and execute the plan.
