About us
Adval Capital’s founders led Patent Co. through all investment phases: from founding to selling 60% to private equity fund Abris in 2015 and further exiting to a strategic buyer when Patent Co.’s revenues approached €70m and EBITDA €9m with over 180,000 tons produced and sold in over 60 countries.
The founders are supported by finance, investment / M&A, controlling, planning, audit and procurement professionals with experience from companies such as Erste Group, KPMG, Samsung and Porto Montenegro.
